If you are curious about exactly what is involved in a lipo laser treatment, then read on. Each individual treatment will normally last between 30 to 60 minutes, much depending on the area that is being treated and is a simple 5 step process as described here.

Laser Lipo treatment is a very simple but highly effective 5-step process (Note: the positioning of treatment pads and diodes may differ if different parts of the body or the face is being treated):

1. Consultation - A questionnaire is completed; target areas are measured and photographs are taken for comparison.

2. Two large paddles are placed on the treatment area and held in place with a special large elastic band. The two smaller Paddles are placed over lymphatic glands and held in place by underwear.

3. The Laser Lipo machine will then be turned on for 10 minutes, relocated and turned on for another 10 minutes and repeated again until the treatment session is complete..

4, The treated area will be measured to assess total fat loss achieved and depending on the client, results are expected to be between 0.5 and 3 inches.

5. In order to increase the body's ability to remove the Triglycerides (the broken down fat cells), it is very important to assist this natural process by increasing the metabolic rate through exercise. Exercise can be replaced by vibration plate, but this isnot quite as effective.

The Laser Lipo Cell Breakdown Process: Breaking down of the fat cells start to occur when the laser penetrating the skin and makes contact with the fat cells. Small pores form on the fat cells causing them to 'sweat'. Water, glycerol and free fatty acids emerge from the cells and then occupy the space beneath the fatty layer in the skin. With the laser liposuction equipment, this process is simple.

Laser Lipo Lymphatic Drainage Process: The fat cells reduce in size and the lymphatic system then removes the fatty liquids through the venous system, where they are processed in the same way as fatty foods that are digested and/or passed out through the urinary system. Not only is the Laser Lipo procedure quick, safe and pain-free, it is also very healthy.

Important Laser Lipo After Care: It's important to advise your clients to follow a sensible health and exercise routine. The Laser Lipo procedure does not harm the body in any way and will still maintain its ability to store fat in the areas where the work has been carried out. This is an important health factor as it prevents the fat being stored in different parts such as around the heart or other vital organs. An important consideration of the whole approach is to make sure that cardio exercise is taken within 12 hours or the lipo laser treatment. If clients eat a nutritious diet, combining this with regular exercise, the body shape will retain the effects of the Laser Lipo treatment. IF the body stores fat again, it is safe to undergo the treatment again.
